Anita Henry
Accredited in 1992, conservator, specialization in paintings. Graduated from the Sorbonne (Paris) in 1982, obtaining a Master’s degree in the conservation of paintings. After interning at the Tate Gallery (London), returned to Canada and worked for the National Archives of Canada, the Centre de conservation du Québéc and the National Gallery of Canada. In 1989, founded a private conservation studio specializing in the conservation of paintings. Past and present clients have included the Musée du Québéc, the National Gallery of Canada, the Musée des beaux-arts de Montréal, the Musée d’art contemporain and the McCord Museum, as well as numerous corporations and private clients. Adjunct professor, Queen's University, Kingston, Ontario for one and half years (winter 2012, 2015 to 2016). Services provided in English and French. Private commissions accepted.
